Argentine judge drops crypto-fraud case against President Milei

Federal judge Marcelo Martinez de Giorgi dismissed the case against Javier Milei and his sister Karina at prosecutors' request. He said no "criminally relevant deception" had been proven.

Milei posted about the $Libra coin in February 2025. Its price rose, then he deleted the post and the coin crashed, costing investors most of their money.
