Denmark rushes 50,000 rounds of F-16 ammunition to Ukraine

Delivered by Denmark

50,000 20 mm rounds

Denmark delivered 50,000 rounds of 20 mm ammunition for Ukraine's F-16 cannons, Ukraine's Defence Ministry said.

The ministry called the F-16 one of the most effective tools against jet-powered Russian attack drones. Pilots use about 150 rounds per interception, according to reports.

"We are grateful to Denmark for its swift and effective response to our request for additional ammunition."
