Xbox reportedly asked $800 million for a Netflix adaptation deal

Netflix reportedly offered $500 million for seven years of exclusive film and TV rights to Xbox games, and Xbox countered with $800 million.

The deal is said to be off the table after Netflix fired its content chief. Xbox is reportedly pursuing smaller deals with more partners.
