UN inquiry accuses Israel of 'extermination' in the West Bank
2008 to Oct 6, 2023
6 killed
Oct 7, 2023 to Sep 30, 2026
254 killed
The commission says 254 Palestinians were killed by airstrikes in the West Bank between Oct 7, 2023 and Sep 30, 2026, compared with six from 2008 to Oct 6, 2023.
Israel rejected the findings. Its ambassador in Geneva called the report an attempt to destroy the Jewish state.
The report, which also criticizes violence by the Palestinian Authority, comes just before Israel's election on Tuesday.
