The last of five officers convicted over the Ivan Golunov drug plant has left prison
A court ruled on Feb 4 that the rest of former police officer Igor Lyakhovets's 11.5-year sentence be served as forced labour, and an appeal court upheld it on Mar 30.

Officers planted drugs on the journalist in 2019, and five were convicted in 2021.
Golunov said the court never told him about the hearing, and the person who ordered the plot has still not been identified.
