Two killed as a building collapses in Delhi's Harsh Vihar

Chanderpal, 60, and his son Vijay Kumar, 33, were pulled from the rubble overnight and declared dead at GTB Hospital. The building in northeast Delhi collapsed on Sunday evening.

Police said the ground floor of an old building with a godown collapsed along with the floor built above it. Delhi minister Kapil Mishra said an attempt to install a new lintel appeared to have triggered it.
