Trump confirms Vance wrote to a top Iranian official
Trump said Wednesday he told Vance "if you want to do that that's OK" after reports of a letter to Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council. Trump described the outreach as aimed at helping Iran with medical supplies.
