Uruapan official arrested over alleged cover-up in killing of mayor Carlos Manzo
Michoacán's state prosecutor said Uruapan's welfare secretary was arrested Thursday on a charge of cover-up. A judge will decide her legal status, and the office stressed the presumption of innocence.
