Swiss foreign minister makes a rare visit to North Korea

Ignazio Cassis wrapped up a two-day visit, the first by a Swiss government minister in more than two decades. Switzerland has formally reopened its diplomatic office in Pyongyang.

Cassis said he discussed “regularising political relations and reestablishing a political dialogue” with North Korea's foreign minister, Choe Son Hui.
