Bulgaria votes in presidential run-off
Iliana Iotova
Acting president, 61
Andrey Gyurov
Ex-caretaker PM, 50
Acting president Iliana Iotova, who led the first round, faces former caretaker prime minister Andrey Gyurov after neither passed 50 per cent. Only 23 per cent of eligible voters cast a ballot then, a record low.

The vote follows a month of drone attacks on merchant ships off Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, with about two dozen seafarers feared dead. Both candidates have condemned the attacks.
What's next
Exit polls are due after voting ends at 8 p.m. local time, and the result is expected on Monday. A win for Iotova would make her Bulgaria's first elected female president.
