The King opens the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Antigua and Barbuda on Tuesday. The Palace said his speech will mainly focus on practical solutions to global challenges.

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he is open to a formal British apology for slavery, a change in government policy, but he ruled out reparations. The Palace said an apology is a matter for the government, not the King.
