Zelensky says he is ready to meet Putin in Turkey

We are ready for this meeting in Turkey. I know President Erdogan has his own connections with Putin.

— Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine's president

What he wants to discuss

• A ceasefire along the front line
• A way to monitor it
• Security guarantees
• Rebuilding Ukraine
• Territory

Zelensky said talks between the two presidents could settle what delegations and technical groups have not, starting with a ceasefire along the front line.

He said he will not agree to hand over the Donbas or to recognize Crimea as Russian, because such concessions would go against Ukraine's constitution.

Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said Putin would answer if Zelensky called him. He added that if Zelensky wants to talk, he can come to Moscow.
