Marine Le Pen leads every poll for France's 2027 presidential election

First round, Odoxa poll

An Odoxa poll published Wednesday puts the National Rally candidate at 37 per cent in the first round, ahead of Jean-Luc Mélenchon at 18 and Édouard Philippe at 17.

In a runoff, Le Pen would beat Mélenchon by 68 per cent to 32, the poll says; against Philippe the gap narrows, with the mayor of Le Havre at 47 per cent.

Two other polls this week also put Le Pen first, at 32 to 37 per cent depending on the field, and one Ifop-Fiducial scenario has Philippe edging Mélenchon for second place.
