A US-mediated ceasefire began Oct 27 in Russian-occupied Oleshky, and the evacuation of civilians was declared complete on Oct 31.

Melania Trump said nearly 800 people were evacuated. Residents could choose between Ukraine and Russia, and how many went to each is unclear.

"Each specific case is unique. There are no similar plans at this time, nor are there any similar initiatives."
