Ukraine resumes strikes on Russian oil refineries, ending energy truce

A Ukrainian drone strike started a fire at a refinery in Russia's Ryazan region, about 300 km southeast of Moscow, Russian officials said on Thursday. Zelensky said Russia kept hitting Ukraine's energy grid despite the energy ceasefire Trump announced on Sunday.

Zelensky says Washington cut intelligence-sharing and limited Starlink to pressure Kyiv into halting the strikes. Trump denies halting intelligence-sharing.
