Putin orders private data centres to reserve 10% of capacity for the state

The decree, already in force, gives owners 10 days to comply. A government commission decides when the reserved space is used.

The commission may also allow foreign data centres, with the FSB's consent. The decree cites unfriendly foreign actions; in October, Ukrainian drones hit centres of Yandex, Sber and VK.
