Selma Blair's team says a medical emergency preceded her arrest on a flight

The actress is accused of assaulting two flight attendants on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to New York on Sunday. She has pleaded not guilty to two state charges of kicking a police officer and a hospital nurse after the flight.

“There was no attempt to open the door of the aircraft. Selma did not intend to harm anyone.”
