Search continues for 11 missing after a boat capsized off Baja California

Survivors said 27 people were on board. Rescuers pulled 16 Mexican nationals from the water on Friday, and 11 people are still missing.
"Several of the individuals rescued were suffering from severe injuries consistent with shark bites," the US Coast Guard said, adding that it gave them first aid on the way to San Diego.

The boat went down about 225 km west of Ensenada, Mexico, in an area popular with fishing boats but also used by smugglers. A mayday call came from the boat at about 1 a.m. on Friday.
What's next
The US Coast Guard and Navy are searching with aircraft and boats, helped by the Mexican Navy. US Customs and Border Protection is interviewing the survivors.
