Ukraine brings in hourly power cuts after an overnight Russian strike

Ukraine's Energy Ministry said the strike hit energy facilities in 10 regions, from Volyn and Ternopil in the west to Kharkiv and Donetsk in the east.
Crews restored power to more than half a million customers, the ministry said, though constant air-raid alerts and the threat of new strikes slowed the work.
