Cindy Crawford says her family is "beyond heartbroken" after the death of her son Presley
Presley Gerber, 27, died on Sep 20 at a rehab facility in California, and police are investigating his death as a suspected overdose.
"He is a sweet, beautiful soul who loved and is loved, now and forever," Crawford wrote on Instagram.
