Elvis Presley's estate sues Anthropic for US$41 million

Songs named in the suit

274 songs

The rights holders to Presley's music allege Anthropic used 274 of his songs, including Can't Help Falling in Love and All Shook Up, to train Claude without permission.

The suit, filed Friday in California, seeks more than US$41 million, or US$150,000 per song. Anthropic disputes the allegations and says it will defend itself.
