Anthropic's filing shows US$16.3 billion in revenue in the first half of 2026, up from US$4.585 billion in all of 2025. It also shows a loss of about US$80 billion, much of it a one-off charge of US$72.4 billion.
A Long-Term Benefit Trust can appoint most of the board, and seven co-founders hold 50.1 per cent of the voting power. Ordinary shareholders will rarely decide anything.
