Arguments open Nov 4 with Snap, Snapchat's parent company, alone before the jury. Its chief executive, Evan Spiegel, is still expected to testify unless Snap also settles.

Meta chief executive Mark Zuckerberg and Instagram head Adam Mosseri, expected on the stand in mid-November, should no longer have to testify. Meta still faces the first federal test case, brought by school districts, in Feb 2027 in Oakland, California.
