Frontier
Wearable, US$75
Eclipse
Phone clip-on, US$100
The Bee Frontier, worn on the wrist or clipped to clothes, costs US$75, and the Eclipse, a card-sized device that attaches to the back of a smartphone, costs US$100.
“They listen to your whole day. It reminds you of the conversations you had, it reminds you of to-dos that you may have had.”

Days of memory without a subscription
14 days
Amazon says the devices do not store raw audio and keep data for 14 days, longer with a US$12-a-month subscription. Users choose when to turn them on and can delete past conversations.
Background
Amazon was criticized in 2019 after reports that thousands of people listened to conversations with its Alexa assistant, and faces a class action over it. The company denies any wrongdoing.
