More meeting time per employee than a year ago

20 %

Calendar data show meeting time per employee is up 20 per cent from a year ago, which the company ties to the need for human trust and accountability.

In an April survey, 27 per cent of employees said Claude made them more productive, and 20 per cent said their job had shifted “from actually doing work to managing Claudes”.

Why it matters

Anthropic says its own trends may show how AI will change hiring and the organization of work across the economy. The report says human attention and judgment are becoming a bottleneck.
