Disney offers jobs to most of Character.AI's staff after the chatbot startup's bankruptcy

Disney agreed to make offers to at least 60 Character.AI employees, the majority of its workforce, worth an estimated US$60 million a year in pay, a court filing shows.
Disney had already agreed to buy some of the startup's assets for US$20 million, and the filing says most staff offered jobs accepted.
