British Columbia and Manitoba

British Columbia and Manitoba are switching to permanent daylight saving time this year, so their clocks will not turn back an hour on Nov 1. Some Android phones there may show the wrong time.

If your phone shows the wrong time

Google says to apply any pending updates from the phone's manufacturer and Google, then restart the device. If the time is still wrong, turn on automatic and location-based time zone detection in Date and Time settings.
