Quebec Liberals pick veterans for a shadow cabinet to face the PQ

Leader Charles Milliard gave key critic roles to veterans. Marc Tanguay takes Education and Infrastructure, and Monsef Derraji takes Health.

Newcomer Julie White, a former head of Manufacturiers et Exportateurs du Québec, takes Immigration. The PQ government has pledged to cut permanent immigration to 35,000 a year.
