CAE sells its Flightscape software business to SITA for US$500 million

CAE has signed a deal to sell Flightscape, its airline operations software business, to aviation technology company SITA.

CAE chief executive Matthew Bromberg says the sale will sharpen the company's focus on its core civil and defence businesses.

Flightscape keeps operating as usual until the deal closes, which is expected in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
