Clocks go back overnight from Oct 31 to Nov 1, and a government source says it will be the last time.

91 % against the time change
In a 2024 public consultation, 91 per cent of 214,000 respondents did not want the time change kept.
Earlier governments never acted, citing the gap it would create with American trading partners and the stock exchange. The government will hold short hearings with experts to decide between permanent daylight time and standard time.
