Ontario fines SeatGeek Canada again over ticket resale prices
New fines to SeatGeek Canada this month

The Ontario government issued two new fines totalling $22,500 to the resale platform earlier this month, under a law that caps resale at face value.

One fine of $15,000 is for allegedly offering a seat above the resale price limit, and one of $7,500 for allegedly failing to disclose a ticket's total price.

Background
SeatGeek was fined $25,000 in August and StubHub Canada $20,000 in September under the same law. The province says violations can bring fines of up to $250,000.
