More Ontario police forces pause Crime Stoppers tips after the data breach
Police in Halton, Peel and York regions, Hamilton and Kingston have suspended their use of Crime Stoppers, following Toronto police.

A media investigation this week reported that more than 1.5 million Canadian tips were affected, a figure Toronto Crime Stoppers says it has not received.
